Remindo provides software to create invoices, schedule payment reminders, and view accounts receivable. It is a productivity tool — not a law firm, bank, payment processor, or licensed debt collection agency.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You retain ownership of client and invoice data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to run the service.
Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe until cancelled. Free tier limits may change with notice. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any invoice will be paid. Reminder templates are suggestions, not legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
