Who we are

The operator of Remindo (“Remindo”, “we”) provides invoice reminder and accounts-receivable tooling at remindohq.com.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, business name, plan.
Customer data you enter: client names, emails, invoice amounts, notes, reminder content.
Usage data: activity logs (e.g. invoice sent, reminder delivered), IP-adjacent security logs via host.
Billing data: handled by Stripe when you subscribe; we store Stripe customer/subscription IDs.

How we use data

To provide the service (store invoices, send reminders you configure).
To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
To bill paid plans and provide support.

Email

Reminder emails are sent to addresses you provide as client contacts. You are the controller of that content; configure SMTP or use our transport only for legitimate business follow-ups you are authorized to send.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors may include hosting, email (SMTP provider), and Stripe. Subprocessors will be listed here as you add them.

Retention

Account and invoice data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Backups may persist for a limited period.

Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Sessions use httpOnly cookies. Use HTTPS in production.
